In just a few years, OnePlus, a Chinese mobile manufacturing business, has carved out a niche for itself on the worldwide market with its premium smartphones. In India's high-end smartphone market, OnePlus has seized the top place.

In the domestic market, OnePlus just released the OnePlus 9RT, a new flagship smartphone. Instead of the Hydrogen OS/ Oxygen OS, the OnePlus 9RT comes with Color OS. The OnePlus 9RT is the first phone to be introduced since OnePlus was acquired by OPPO.

Let's take a look at what sets the OnePlus 9RT apart from the competition.

Silver, dark matter, and blue sky border are the three color options for the OnePlus 9RT.

The OnePlus 9RT has a 6.62-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080p, 120Hz refresh rate, 600Hz touch sampling rate, 1300nit local peak brightness, HDR10+ compatibility, 10,000-level dimming, dual front and back light sensor, sRGB display, P3 color gamut, and other goodies.

A punch-hole is located in the top left corner of the phone. It features a straight screen, which decreases the likelihood of making a mistake when playing a game.

With the use of a technique called sub-pixel rendering map, the icon and text clarity is stated to be enhanced by 100%.

ColorOS 12 OS

ColorOS 12 is pre-installed on the OnePlus 9RT, which is based on Android 11. The whole design is reminiscent of Hydrogen OS. It features the same App icons as Hydrogen OS, and the time display is still red.

ColorOS 12 offers cross-screen connectivity, which allows users to project material from their phone onto their PC.

In addition to several basic features, the game mode has been upgraded, with the upper left corner sliding to expose the game shortcut bar. The OnePlus 9RT also includes an extreme steady frame function that helps to better stabilize the game frame rate.

Snapdragon 888 processor

The Snapdragon 888 CPU, LDDDR5 memory, and UFS 3.1 flash memory power the OnePlus 9RT.

AnTuTu Benchmark gave the OnePlus 9RT a score of 787737, which is typical of Snapdragon 888 devices.

With the big VC, thicker graphite plate, and 11 copper carbon, the company claims that cooling efficiency of the OnePlus 9RT has risen by 20%.

Camera

A 50-megapixel primary camera with IMX766, OIS optical stabilization, a 16-megapixel 123° ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel 4cm macro lens are included in the OnePlus 9RT's triple camera back system.

In comparison to the OnePlus 9R, the primary camera has been upgraded, while the macro lens has been lowered to 2-megapixels.

The OnePlus 9RT boasts a new night eagle night scene technology as well as a 100-megapixel superpixel algorithm in terms of features.

4500mAh Battery and 65T fast charging

The OnePlus 9RT comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports 65T wired fast charging.

The stress test is a built-in element of the AnTuTu review that examines the device's stability by executing high-load computations, which require the CPU to do a large number of calculations, resulting in higher power consumption than movies, daily use, and other situations.

No SIM card was inserted, the device was connected to Wi-Fi, positioning was enabled, the device was fully charged, the screen brightness was set to the maximum setting, and all background services were disabled. Open AnTuTu stress test and run it continuously for 30 minutes, recording the device's remaining power.

The OnePlus 9RT lasted 230 minutes in AnTuTu's stress test, which is impressive considering it has a Snapdragon 888 processor and a 4500mAh battery. This is a significant improvement over comparable phones with the same chipset and battery

The OnePlus 9RT took 28 minutes to charge to 100%, with 10 minutes of that time spent charging 49% of the juice, which is plenty for daily usage.
